Revival Under the Bridge

This has been an incredible week!! I can't express how much I've been blessed being able to take part in something that God is doing in our city! My church, New Hope, has a ministry to the impoverished and homeless that meets every other Saturday under a bridge downtown. But, the cool thing is that other churches have been volunteering time and money to become apart of this effort! So, this week we met every night under the Bridge for revival services. Each night there was a new speaker, worship team, a new meal, and bike give-aways.

I have such a huge heart for these people and this ministry. I wish I could give more time and energy here and hope to be able to in the future. I really believe that God has sparked revival in my heart as well as each person in attendance. Revival is something that starts within an individual's heart and God has been speaking that our church (and I'm sure many others) for some time now. We have to see a move in generations and nations before the 2nd coming of Jesus! It begins with you and me!
