Barnett Family: a dream shoot!

Okay, first things first.....I guess you notice my new logo colors? Ah, yes I love it too! I know it probably seems like I'm so indecisive (I am a lot of the time!). I was noticing that even though I loved my logo colors (the orange-gold-brown-they are the colors in my own bedroom!) they weren't really reflecting my true brand. My work is very colorful, vibrant---and I want my whole logo to reflect that. So, my wonderful designer understood just that--the awesome Kelley Lilien changed it up for me, and the rest is history :) I thought today was the perfect today to announce it and show it off because when I showed up to photograph the Barnetts on saturday, David and Christan were practically wearing my new colors! It was destiny....

...and so was this shoot! It came together perfectly! Christan and I have been trying to get this shoot together at the fair for over a year--this was our 3rd attempt! We both could envision how perfect a fair shoot would be--the colors, the feel, the fun, the food, the smell (ok, maybe not the smell!). And I mean, obviously I get an extra bonus with how good-looking this family is. That's right folks--these guys are a real family--not models. I have to remind myself of that sometime. And I have to remind myself not to be jealous of their hotness, but to celebrate it with them! :)
